...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN POWELL...SOUTH
CENTRAL MENIFEE...NORTH CENTRAL LEE AND NORTHWESTERN WOLFE COUNTIES
THROUGH 815 PM EDT...

At 749 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Zachariah, or 7 miles west of Campton, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Campton, Booth, Torrent, Rogers, Leeco, High Falls, Koomer Ridge
Campground, Red River Gorge, Whisman, Slade, Pine Ridge, Nada,
Jenson, Standing Rock, Natural Bridge S.P., Zachariah, Glencairn,
Grannie, Rogers Chapel, and Zoe.

THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 31
and 43.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
