...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN RAPIDES AND
NORTHEASTERN VERNON PARISHES THROUGH 645 AM CDT...

At 608 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southwest of Natchitoches to near
Hornbeck to 6 miles north of Toledo Bend Dam. Movement was east at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Alexandria, Leesville, Boyce, Anacoco, Lena, Fort Johnson, Alexandria
International Airport, Slagle, New Llano, Colfax, Hornbeck, Lacamp,
Timber Trails, Hutton, Clifton, Flatwoods, Otis, Kurthwood, Leander,
and Sieper.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 90 and 109.
