.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will gradually
strengthen over the N and central CA coast tonight through Wed
night, weaken later Thu and Thu night, then persist through Fri
night. High pressure will build W of the waters tonight into Mon,
then weaken through Mon night as a front approaches. A cold front
will move into the N waters Tue, then dissipate while moving over
the central waters Wed. High pressure will rebuild to the W and
NW of the waters later Tue through Wed night, then persist
through Fri night. Late Thu night into Fri a cold front will move
across the northern waters and dissipate.
