.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak coastal trough will
persist along the N and central California coast tonight and Sun,
and gradually strengthen over this region later Sun night through
Wed night, then begin weakening Thu and Thu night. A weak cold
front will move across the N waters tonight and dissipate. High
pressure will build NW of the area tonight into Mon, then weaken
through Mon night. A cold front will move into the N waters Tue,
then dissipate near the central waters Tue night. High pressure
will rebuild to the W and NW of the waters later Tue through Wed
night, then persist through Thu night.
