.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak coastal trough will
persist along the N and central California coast today through
Sun, then gradually strengthen over this region through Wed
night. A weak cold front will move across the N waters and
dissipate later today. High pressure will build NW of the area
tonight into Mon, then weaken through Mon night. A series of cold
fronts will move into the N waters Tue, merge, then dissipate
near the central waters Tue night. High pressure will rebuild to
the W and NW of the waters later Tue through Wed night.
