.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will continue to
strengthen over the N and central California coast today into
tonight, weaken later Thu and Thu night, then redevelop over the
central and S California coast Fri and Fri night. A weakening
cold front will dissipate while moving over the central and
southern California waters today. High pressure will rebuild to
the W and NW of the waters today into tonight, then persist
through Sun night.
