.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will gradually
strengthen over the N and central coast tonight through Wed
night, weaken later Thu and Thu night, then redevelop over the
central and S California coast Fri and Fri night. A weakening
cold front will dissipate while moving over the central
California waters tonight. High pressure will rebuild to the W
and NW of the waters tonight through Wed night, then persist
through Sun night.
