At 242 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated
showers, some with heavy rain in Arkansas east of I49. They were
most widespread and heaviest in Franklin county in Arkansas.
Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with
maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Coverage
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late
tonight and into this morning, partly cloudy, temperatures 61 to 67
degrees with northeast winds up to 5 mph.
