  Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA...
  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...
  Rappahannock River from Urbanna to Windmill Point...

At 1234 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms were located over Windmill Point, moving southeast at
25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Windmill Point, Nassawadox Reef, Wolf Trap, Rappahannock Range Light,
Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Gwynns Island, Gwynns
Island Reef, Stingray Point, Hole In The Wall, Occohannock Reef, The
Cell, Cherrystone Reef, Longs Creek Inlet, White Stone Bridge, San
Marcos Wreck, and Northern Neck Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
