At 436 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rockdale, or 12 miles south of Norwich, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Sidney, Guilford, Bainbridge, Masonville, Unadilla, Otego, Mt Upton, Sidney Center, East Sidney, and Rockdale. This includes the following highway exits... Interstate 88 between 8 and 11.
