...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BURKE...
NORTHEASTERN WILLIAMS...NORTHWESTERN MOUNTRAIL AND SOUTHEASTERN
DIVIDE COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 510 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southeast of Wildrose, or 27 miles south of Crosby, moving east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Powers Lake, Wildrose, Battleview, Hamlet, and Mcgregor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
