...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southern Newberry,
northeastern Edgefield, northwestern Lexington, Saluda, north central
Aiken and west central Richland Counties through 445 PM EDT...

At 353 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Saluda County Airport to near Lexington.
Movement was north at 20 mph.

...Boaters on Lake Murray Should Seek Safe Harbor...

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lexington, Irmo, Batesburg-Leesville, Highway 6 at Lake Murray Dam,
Red Bank, St. Andrews, Saluda, Johnston, Ridge Spring, Dreher Island
State Park, Saluda County Airport, Ballentine, Chapin, Pelion,
Gilbert, Summit, Monetta, Ward, Cedar Grove Fire Station, and Saluda
Co Sheriff`s Office.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 37 and 59.
 Interstate 26 between mile markers 96 and 103.
