.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene is forecast to move into the
eastern Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday and strengthen to a hurricane.
This system will move north northeast toward the Florida Big Bend
Thursday and bring increasing winds into mid to late week with a
large wind field. Boating conditions are forecast to deteriorate
Wednesday into late week. Limited shower coverage into tonight
then higher coverage of showers and lightning storms returns
Wednesday through Saturday as deep moisture lifts northward.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Southeast winds increasing to 15 to 20
knots and seas building up to 6 feet south of Cape Canaveral
tonight.
