Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the
average highest ten percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure slowly moves offshore from the Carolinas
early this week. Then, will need to monitor the progress of a
tropical disturbance forecast to develop over the northwest
Caribbean by mid-week as it moves into the Gulf of Mexico. Until
then, moderate northeast winds will become easterly by Tuesday.
The current forecast calls for boating conditions to deteriorate
into mid to late week, especially offshore. Isolated to scattered
showers and lightning storms are forecast each day, though
chances are forecast to decrease through Tuesday, before higher
coverage of showers and storms returns Wednesday into Thursday.
