As weak low pressure approaches the local Atlantic waters, marine conditions deteriorate further tonight into Thursday. This disturbance currently has a 30% chance of tropical development before it arrives late Thursday night. Rain and lightning storm chances continue each day into the weekend as waves of moisture push westward across the local waters. .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...East winds 20 to 25 knots.
