Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front draped across Georges Bank will persist across the waters into Fri. Low pressure along the front just S of Georges Bank will occlude tonight as a second low forms to the NE, E of Georges Bank. The occluded low and front will drift SE away from the area Fri through Sun while a high pressure ridge builds S into the Gulf of Maine.
