Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move across the waters this morning, and clear E of the area this afternoon. Another weak cold front will reach the coast this evening, move offshore tonight, then slowly push E across the waters Thu and Thu night. High pressure will build E toward the area Fri and Fri night, then persist along the coast through Sun night. Low pressure will develop SE of the waters Fri night into Sat, remain stationary through Sun, then move E away from the waters Sun night.
