.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure over the central
Atlantic will extend a ridge W across the southern waters
tonight. The ridge will shift S of the area Mon. A cold front
will move SE across the NW waters tonight, and reach the central
waters Mon. It will become stationary late Mon night into Tue,
extending E and NE off the Georgia coast to the outer Mid-
Atlantic waters, and then will remain in place through Tue night
as weak low pressure develops and tracks E along the front. High
pressure will move SE into the northern waters Wed then drift S
into the central and southern waters Wed night and Thu. The high
will shift E of the waters Thu night as a weak cold front or low
pressure trough approaches the northern Mid-Atlantic coast. The
high will maintain a ridge extending W over the central and
southern waters Fri and Fri night.
