.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak cold front will move
across the waters today, then slow and weaken E of the area
tonight. Another cold front will move offshore tonight, then
slowly move E across the waters Thu into Fri. High pressure will
build to the coast Fri and Fri night, persist Sat and Sat night,
then drift offshore Sun and Sun night. Low pressure will develop
E of the area Fri night, remain nearly stationary just E and NE
of the waters Sat into Sun, then slowly move E Sun night.
