West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure centered about
160 nm SE of Nantucket will slowly drift E across the outer
mid-Atlantic waters today through Sun night, then drift more S
and SE while remaining E of the waters Mon through Wed night. A
weak front extends S from the low then SW across far SE portions
of the waters. The front will move SE of the southern waters
tonight. A high pressure ridge will gradually build S into the
northern and central waters Sun into Mon, continue building S
along the coast Mon into Tue night, then expand offshore Wed and
Wed night.
