beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure will lift N across
the area tonight into Thu, then stall over the far N waters Thu
night into Fri. The low will then drift slowly SE across the
Outer Mid-Atlantic Waters Fri night through Sun night. An
associated warm front will lift N across the northern waters and
pass N of the area tonight. The front will then stall just N of
the area later Thu into Fri. A cold front extending S from the
low will move slowly SE across the central waters Thu through Sat.
A high pressure ridge will gradually build S into the northern
and central waters Mon and Mon night.
