Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure gradient across the Caribbean Sea will
support moderate to fresh winds and moderate seas across the E
and central Caribbean, and light to gentle winds and slight to
moderate seas across the NW and SW portions of the basin. Looking
ahead, a broad area of low pressure could form this weekend over
the northwestern Caribbean Sea. Thereafter, some slow development
of this system is possible through early next week while it moves
slowly to the north or northwest over the northwestern Caribbean
Sea. There is a low probability of tropical cyclone formation in
the next seven days.
