A weak cold front will drift south into the area this afternoon
and evening. An isolated shower or thunderstorm may form in the
vicinity of this boundary, but most places will remain dry.
Afternoon high temperatures will range from the mid 80s to lower
90s.

(Tonight through Wednesday)

MCS potential will increase across mainly northern parts of the
area Friday night and early Saturday, and area wide Saturday night
and Sunday. A cold front will also sag south into the area Sunday,
but there is some question on just how far south this boundary
will go. As a result, low rain chances will continue Sunday night
into early Monday in the southern and western parts of the
forecast area.

An upper level wave looks to bring another chance of showers and
storms Tuesday into Tuesday night, with upper ridging beginning to
take hold after that time.

VFR conditions will prevail thru the period. There will be some
increase in mid cloud during the day, with even a few spotty
showers possible by Thursday evening across NE OK and NW AR.
However, chances were too low to mention at this point. If trend
continues, mention will likely be added to 12Z forecast.
