For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Deep moisture pushes back into eastern Utah and Western Colorado today and
tomorrow with returning risks for severe thunderstorms producing frequent
lightning, large hail, strong gusty winds and heavy rain leading to
possible flash flooding. Showers and thunderstorms will be widely scattered
today, becoming widespread across eastern Utah and Western Colorado
tomorrow. Stay alert for watches and warning for the next two days. If you
will be out during these storms, be aware of your surroundings and have a
plan for where to seek shelter if necessary. Remember, lightning can strike
from over ten miles away, and flash flooding can occur even though the
storm passed miles from where you are.
