.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over SE Georges Bank will move E of the
waters tonight. High pressure will slowly build SE across the
waters Tue through Wed, then shift SE of the waters Wed night
through Thu night as a weak cold front approaches the coast and
moves just offshore. The front will stall over the waters Fri,
then will return N as a warm front later Fri and Fri night.
Another cold front will approach from the W Sat and Sat night.
