.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A pair of cold fronts will move S
over the waters today, with the southern front stalling and
dissipating this afternoon. The northern front will stall off of
the coast near Cape Lookout today while high pressure builds
across the N waters. Little change in these conditions should
occur tonight into Sat. High pressure to the N will begin
shifting E as the front returns back N as a warm front Sat and
Sat night. The warm front should move N of the waters early Sun,
with high pressure to the S building W over the S waters. Another
cold front will approach the NW waters late Sun, stalling over
the N waters Sun night as low pressure develops along the front.
The low then remains over or near the N waters Mon into Tue,
while a trailing cold front slowly moves SE over the central and
S waters. The low should move NE of the waters Tue night.
