.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Weak surface high pressure will persist offshore with lower
thermally induced lower pressure over California and the Great
Basin. This will result in fairly typical north to northwesterly
wind pattern except for when a weak low pressure pushes into the
waters late Saturday into Sunday. There is a greater than 90%
chance that gusty northerly winds and steep wind driven seas
develop by late Tuesday or Wednesday.
