11 PM PDT FRIDAY...
...HAZARDOUS SEAS WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 35 kt and steep, short period seas 5 to 9 ft
  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt
  and very steep and hazardous, short period seas of 8 to 10 feet
  possible.

* WHERE...Small craft advisory conditions will affect areas south
  of Port Orford late this afternoon and tonight, then expand to
  affect areas south of Cape Blanco on Friday. An areas of very
  steep hazardous seas is possible south Brookings between 5 and
  20 nm from shore late Friday afternoon and Friday evening.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon
  to 11 PM PDT Friday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Friday
  afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.
