For the Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt and very steep and hazardous, short period seas of 8 to 10 feet possible. * WHERE...Small craft advisory conditions will affect areas south of Port Orford late this afternoon and tonight, then expand to affect areas south of Cape Blanco on Friday.
