New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure center will
shift E of the area through tonight while maintaining a ridge W
across the waters tonight into early Wed, then weakening and
dissipating later Wed and Wed night. A warm front will approach
from the SW Tue night, then lift N and stall across the waters
Wed into Thu night while a series of lows track E along the
front. The nearly stationary front will then move back to the S
as a cold front Fri and Fri night while high pressure ridge
builds S across the region. On Sat and Sat night the
strengthening high will persist to the N and push the cold front
further S of the area.
