Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A high pressure system will arrive over the continental northeast this afternoon while low pressure, 29.70 inches, moves over Lake Michigan late tonight into early tomorrow morning. Southeast winds will gradually veer southwesterly early tomorrow morning as a result. This low pressure system will also push a cold front across the Great Lakes, bringing increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms.
