.DISCUSSION...Rest of today Friday...Showers and thunderstorms
will be more focused over the eastern plains late this afternoon
through tonight. However, there is a chance this evening for
showers and thunderstorms in the lower foothills and urban
corridor.
Near seasonal temperatures are expected to start the week, with
slow warming toward the middle and latter half of the week.
Generally dry conditions are expected, outside of a few isolated
showers favoring the mountains. A disturbance could bring a better
chance for showers and storms mid week, but the track and
strength of this system is highly uncertain. Elevated humidity
levels and light winds will keep fire weather concerns limited
through the period.
