.DISCUSSION...

Cloudy skies persisting this afternoon and evening. Showers and
thunderstorms arrives closer to 430 PM to 5 PM, with thunderstorm
activity persisting through around 7 to 8 PM this evening. A few
of these storms could produce some hail up to penny size, wind
gusts up to 40 mph, and frequent lightning, with the main severe
thunderstorm threat remaining south and southeast of the SAR
location. Ceilings will remain around 300-500 ft, with occasional
improvements to 600 ft as storms are moving through. Reduced
visibility to 1-3 miles are also expect with the thunderstorms.
Winds remain fairly light outside of storms out of the east to
southeast around 5-10 mph.

Rain ends behind the storms towards 9 PM this evening with cloudy
skies and ceilings below 1000 ft through 9-10 PM. Winds shift
behind a cold front this evening and tonight to westerly at 7-10
mph with ceilings becoming more scattered around 1500-2500 ft.
Lows drop to around 34 degrees by early Thursday morning. Mostly
cloudy skies and ceilings around 1200 ft return mid to late
Thursday morning with westerly winds increasing to around 10 mph
and gusts to 18-22 mph from mid morning Thursday into the
afternoon. Expect a high temperature around 49 degrees.
