.DISCUSSION...

Sunny to mostly sunny skies today under high pressure with no
precipitation for today and Tuesday. Min RH today will bottom out
around 30-35%, with mixing heights topping out around 2400 ft in
the early to mid afternoon with poor to fair smoke dispersal. High
temperature tops out around 35 degrees with northwesterly winds
of 5 mph or less shifting northerly this evening and easterly
tonight. RH recovers to 85-90% tonight.

Winds veer gradually from east to south on Tuesday, remaining at
or less than 5 mph. High temperature on Tuesday tops out around 39
degrees with a min RH around 30-35% and mostly sunny skies.
Mixing heights remain below 2000 ft, topping out at 1500-1700 ft
Tuesday afternoon. This will keep smoke dispersal poor.
