.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy conditions to linger most of the day, with clearing
not expected until well after dark. Generally west winds to
gradually increase through the afternoon, with gusts exceeding 20
mph beginning around 2pm. There is a chance of sprinkles/light
rain showers, which may have some snow mixed in. No accumulation
expected.

For aviation concerns, ceiling heights of 2500-3500 ft to lower
to 1500-2500 around 3 pm, then increase back above 2500 ft after 8
pm. Winds below 2000 ft to stay 20kts or less through 5 pm, then
increase to 25 to 30 kts after 5 pm. Visibilities to stay 6sm or
above.
