.DISCUSSION...
Light winds and clear skies will continue into the midweek. With
the light winds and clear skies in place tonight, look for areas
of fog to develop inland...burning off by mid morning Wednesday.
Minimum afternoon RH values should drop into the 35 to 45 percent
range inland, and closer to 50 percent near the coast. Southerly
winds will become more southwest to west Wednesday, then
eventually to the northwest in the afternoon and evening as a
weak front passes though.
