Morning showers and storms gradually dissipated with partly to
mostly cloudy conditions prevailing during the afternoon hours.
Some isolated showers and storms have redevelop in parts of
southeast Kansas. Afternoon high temperatures remained near
normal ranging from the low to mid 80s in most areas.

Scattered showers and storms are expected to redevelop over
western Kansas this evening while drifting eastward and
diminishing over eastern Kansas overnight. Low temperatures are
expected to fall into the mid and upper 50s in northwest Kansas
while low to mid 60s will be common in eastern Kansas.

Some showers may linger over parts of eastern Kansas on Wednesday
while additional shower and thunderstorm activity is expected to
develop over western Kansas during the afternoon hours. Afternoon
highs are expected to climb into the lower 80s across eastern
Kansas while mid and upper 80s will be common in western Kansas.
