Mostly sunny skies were in place across central and northeast
Kansas with clouds lingering today across southeast Kansas. Late
afternoon temperatures ranged from the low 70s across central
Kansas to the mid 60s across the southeast corner of the state.

A cool night is expected across the Plains with a few showers
possible across central and eastern Nebraska as an upper level low
pressure system sinks into the area. Look for overnight lows to
range from the upper 40s over north central Nebraska to the 50s
over the remainder of the area. For Tuesday, a few showers will be
possible across eastern Kansas into Missouri with below normal
temperatures for most locations. Look for highs on Tuesday to
be in the 70s across Nebraska and Kansas with some low 80s across
Oklahoma.
