National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI
404 AM EDT Sun Jun 2 2024

For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.80 inches over southern Michigan will
weaken as it exits to the east today. This will allow high
pressure of 30.00 inches to expand across Lower Michigan by
Monday and allow tranquil marine conditions to prevail. A warm
front is forecast to lift into the southern lakes on Tuesday,
providing a chance for thunderstorms. This warm front will be
followed by a strong cold front on Wednesday, sustaining the
chance for thunderstorms.
