Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Today through Thu, the waters will be between high pressure over the Great Lakes and broad low pressure well out over the N Atlantic centered near 35N. A cold front approaching from the NW will move through the waters from later this morning through tonight. Thu night, a secondary low should form S of Nova Scotia, deepening late Thu night and Fri. This second low will slowly move farther E into the N Atlantic Fri night through Sat night as high pressure gradually moves E over the area. High pressure will be over the waters Sun, moving E late Sun and Sun night as a cold front moves into the W waters late Sun night.
