Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure will pass E and then NE of the waters tonight into Sat as a cold front moves slowly offshore. The front will pass E of the area Sat night followed by a weak low pressure trough. High pressure will build E and SE into the waters Sun, before retreating to the inner waters Sun night. The high will persist over the inner waters Mon into Mon night as low pressure passes SE and then E of the area. The high will move E and cover most of the area Tue as the low moves off to the E and NE of the waters. The high will dominate the waters Tue night and Wed before moving off to the E of the waters Wed night as low pressure organizes to the S and SW of the area.
