.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure and an
associated trough are located over the outer waters this morning
and will move W-SW today into tonight. Weak ridging will slowly
move E over the waters later today into Wed, then persist across
the region through Thu. Low pressure moving in just W of the area
Thu will become stationary through Sat. A weak cold front will
move into W portions of the waters Thu night into Fri, then
gradually dissipate Fri night into Sat night. NAVTEX Station
Astoria is currently off the air. Technicians are aware and will
fix it as soon as possible.
