.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build across the area from the W tonight and persist into Mon. A
weak cold front will approach from the NW Mon then move SE across
the waters Mon night and Tue. High pressure will fill across the
area behind the front later Tue and persist through Wed night.
