.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Tue before dissipating
Tue night. High pressure will build into the N and central waters
tonight into Tue and weaken later Tue into Tue night. A cold
front will become stationary across the northern waters tonight
then weaken Tue, before moving back to the N as a warm front
later Tue night into Wed. A stronger complex low pressure system
will pass by to the NW of the waters Wed and Wed night, dragging
a strong cold front E across the waters. The front will reach the
southern waters Thu and pass SE of the waters Thu night.
Meanwhile, over the southern waters, weak high pressure over the
waters will drift W tonight through Tue, then drift back E across
the southern waters Tue night through Wed night, eventually
moving SE of the area Thu. Thereafter, high pressure will build
in from the W Thu night through Fri night. A weak warm front will
cross the northern waters late Thu night into Fri night. High
pressure will then weaken W of the waters Sat and Sat night as a
cold front approaches from the NW Sat night.
