Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
1059 PM MDT Fri Aug 14 2020

.Discussion...

Moisture will gradually increase over the area this weekend into next
week bringing a better chance for showers and thunderstorms to southern
Colorado. Wetting rains will be more likely for the southeast mountains
and plains over the weekend before potentially spreading westward into
the adjacent valleys and the Continental Divide region next week.
Temperatures will drop back to near normal over the weekend but
gradually return to above normal next week.

Smoke ventilation rates will rise into the very good category across
the mountains on Saturday with generally fair to good across the plains.
Ventilation rates on Sunday will be good to very good region-wide.
