Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
357 AM MST Fri Nov 15 2019

.Discussion...

Dry and very warm conditions are expected across the district
today and Saturday, though a quick moving system tomorrow will
bring snow showers to the higher terrain by midday. Precipitation
will then spread to the eastern plains Saturday night through
Sunday morning. The temperature roller coaster continues for the
next work week as very warm conditions return for Monday and
Tuesday, then another low pressure system brings colder
temperatures and a chance for moisture for Wednesday and Thursday.

Light winds at the surface and aloft will keep ventilation rates
across the eastern plains in the Poor category today. Over the
higher elevations, inversions will begin breaking between 1000 and
1100, with smoke dispersion becoming Good after 1200. Increasing
winds will lead to improved ventilation rates for Saturday.
