Meteorological conditions favorable for extreme fire behavior are
not expected during this forecast period.
Northwest flow aloft is anticipated through this forecast period.
A couple of stronger weather disturbances will move through this
Northwest flow and will bring periods of snow to the central
mountains from later Friday through Sunday morning. Significant
accumulations of snow area possible along with strong gusty
northwest winds.
Over the remainder of the district it will be mainly dry through
the forecast period. A slow gradual warming trend is anticipated
over most of the district through early next week.
Smoke dispersion is anticipated to be poor both this afternoon
and tomorrow afternoon.
