A weak high pressure ridge near the coast will slowly shift S across the area tonight into Mon, then will meander E late Mon and Mon night before finally shifting E of the area Tue. Broad low pressure will approach the Mid- Atlantic coast Tue night and Wed, and then will slowly track E, passing to the S of the waters Wed night through Thu night.
