Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
move N and NE of the waters today. A strong low pressure system
will pass to the NW and N of the area today with the associated
cold front moving across the waters tonight into Sun while
weakening. The front will become diffuse across the southern
waters and dissipate late Sun into Sun night as weak area of low
pressure passes just N of the waters. Another strong area of low
pressure will pass well NW of the area Mon night into Tue night.
Its associated strong cold front will approach from the NW Tue,
then pass S across the waters Tue night through Wed night while
weakening. High pressure will build in from the W behind the
front Wed night.
