Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak area of low pressure
will persist along the central California coast through Sat,
weaken Sat night, then dissipate Sun. A weak trough will continue
along the southern California coast through Wed night. High
pressure will build across the region Sat night into Mon, then
slowly weaken Mon night into Tue night. A cold front will move
into the northern waters Tue night before becoming nearly
stationary over the central waters Wed. The front ill lift back N
as a warm front Wed night while high pressure builds into the
central and northern waters.
