Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.60 inches, holds across the Great
Lakes region today. Pressure will drop to around 30.40 inches on
Sunday as a system digs across Quebec. Secondary high pressure,
30.30 inches, will begin building across the Plains and into the
Midwest through early next week.
