Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, deepening to 29.20 inches, will track
south of the region across the Tennessee Valley and northeast up
the eastern seaboard this weekend. High pressure, averaging 30.70
inches, will remain anchored north of Lake Superior during this
same time. The high pressure will then slide through the Central
Great Lakes on Monday averaging 30.60 inches.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

.REST OF TODAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Light snow in the
late morning and early afternoon...then light snow likely late in
the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots becoming north to 30 knots
in the late evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy until early morning
becoming partly cloudy. A chance of light snow early in the evening.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds to 30 knots diminishing to 20 to 25 knots with
gusts to 30 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots in the morning becoming
light and variable...then becoming south 5 to 10 knots in the
evening. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots. Snow and rain. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots. Rain and a chance of snow.
Waves 2 feet or less.
