New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure system will
continue moving E of Georges Bank this evening while pushing a
trailing cold front S of the waters. The cold front will stall
just S of the waters tonight. An area of low pressure along the
front will quickly move SE of the area tonight into Fri. Yet
another low will approach the Mid-Atlantic coast late Fri and
move offshore, remaining S of the region while moving NE through
Sat. The low will move well NE of the area Sat night into Sun.
Weak high pressure will build in across New England Sun, build to
the coast Sun night and Mon, then move offshore Mon night. The
high will shift E of the area Tue and Tue night ahead of the next
approaching cold front.
