This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible this evening and tonight.

Hazards: Lightning, brief heavy rainfall, gusty winds.

Timing: This evening and tonight.

Discussion: Warm and humid air along with a lingering boundary across
central Indiana may generate thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible Monday into Tuesday across
central Indiana. A few strong to severe storms may be possible Monday
into Monday night, with damaging winds and heavy rain the main
threats. Thunderstorm chances will return next weekend, but it is too
soon to tell if they will be severe.

Discussion: Upper waves interacting with a surface front will keep
chances for thunderstorms in the forecast for parts of central
Indiana through Tuesday. A moist unstable air mass may allow a few of
the storms on Monday and Monday night to become severe.

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
